服务条款

本服务条款适用于参与坎特伯雷中文游泳培训班(CCNS)的所有报名学员及活动参与者。游泳及相关活动具有一定风险,请各位学员谨慎选择。

  1. 学员需遵守CCNS的学习要求,并根据培训计划完成练习。由于个体差异,CCNS不承诺学员一定能够学会游泳,敬请谅解。
  2. 学员报名时需保证身体健康,无不适合游泳的疾病。必要时,需提交近期健康检查报告,包括但不限于以下检查项目:皮肤、心脏、血压、精神状况等。如被医生判定为不适合游泳,则不得报名。不适合游泳的常见情况包括但不限于:
    • 皮肤病
    • 心脏病
    • 高血压
    • 精神病
    • 癫痫
    • 红眼病
    • 突发性疾病或怀孕
  3. 学员每次下水或离开泳池前,必须获得教练或现场管理人员的同意,严格服从指挥。身体不适者需及时告知教练,必要时应大声呼救。
  4. 学员不得隐瞒自身健康问题。因隐瞒导致的意外事故责任由学员自行承担。
  5. 培训期间因学员自身原因(如生病、感冒、摔伤、感染等)导致的意外或不适,由学员自行负责。课时外,学员及未成年学员的安全由其监护人负责。
  6. 游泳教学过程中可能涉及合理且必要的身体接触。如学员或其监护人对此有异议,请提前与负责人联系。
  7. 所有报名参加活动的人员视为具有完全民事行为能力。如发生人身损害,非教练直接责任的,CCNS、教练、发起人及赞助商均不承担赔偿责任。
    • 若学员为未成年人,其监护人需自行承担活动期间可能产生的风险与责任。代报名者需确保被代报名人知悉并同意条款内容。
  8. 报名参加课程或活动的学员需自行承担游泳运动可能带来的风险,敬请理解。


 

用户协议

  1. 教师安排

CCNS会根据学员需求为小组课或私教课分配主要教师。学期内因不可抗力或运营调整导致教师变更时,CCNS将妥善安排,尽量减少对学员学习的影响。

  1. 报名与缴费

报名确认后将生成账单,学费按照学习周期(学期或假期)的总课时数收费。学员需在课程开始前或账单到期前缴清费用。逾期未付款的报名将被视为无效,CCNS有权取消相关报名。

  1. 指定教师服务
  • 私教课如需指定教师教学,每节课需支付增值费 $15 NZD/小时(费用可能随成本调整),该费用不能退款。
  • 因不可抗力无法安排指定教师时,学员可选择以下方式:
    • 由其他教师代课或补课
    • 保留全部费用供后续使用
  1. 课堂纪律

为保证教学秩序与安全,CCNS实行 三次警告机制

  • 第一次警告:口头提醒
  • 第二次警告:离开泳池5分钟
  • 第三次警告:结束当天课程,相关费用不予保留或退还
  1. 其他费用

游泳场馆的入场费、个人训练装备及比赛费用由学员自行承担,CCNS课程费用不包含上述费用。

  1. 上课时间

学员需提前 5分钟 到场,课后 10分钟内 离场,逗留期间发生的意外由学员或监护人负责。


 

请假与退款条款

  1. 学期私教课(一对一或一对二)
  • 请假需提前至少12小时通过短信、邮件或微信通知CCNS客服,请假的课时可以安排补课。
  • 未按时提前请假的课时无法退款或者Credit,但可以换成一节小组课作为补课。
  • 因个人原因无法补课的私教课时,可以扣除手续费($36nzd/小时, 其他时长的课按比例计算)后保留剩余课费为Credit。Credit不可退款。
  • 取消报名:
    • 开课前两周以上取消:全额退款。
    • 开课前两周内取消:收取2周课费作为补偿。
    • 开课后取消:收取4周课费,其余部分退还。
  1. 学期小组课 (3人以上)
  • 请假需提前2小时通知,未提前通知的课时无法补课或退款。
  • 取消报名:
    • 开课前两周以上取消:全额退款。
    • 开课前两周内取消:收取2周课费作为补偿。
    • 开课后取消:不予退款或Credit。
  • 巩固班水平以上的课程,每周第二节特价(Second Class Special)小组课的课时不能补课,不能退款或Credit。
  1. 假期课程
  • 假期的私教课或者小组课位一经确认,不可取消,不可退款或Credit。
    如果符合条件,可将课时转让他人使用。
  1. 主教练课程
  • 主教练的全部教学服务仅在时间和场地条件允许的情况下安排补课。
  • 主教练课程 不予退款或转为Credit。 
  1. 补课规则
  • 有效期
    • 私教课与小组课的补课有效期为 12个月,补课需提前 7天内预约。逾期未预约视为放弃补课权利。
  • 补课使用规则
    • 所有请假课时必须在有正常报课的学期内完成补课。
    • 学期结束未完成的剩余补课数可在假期期间使用。假期每周允许使用的最大补课数等同于之前学期每周正常报课的课堂数(包括私教和小组课)。
    • 因课位、场地或老师原因临时取消的补课次数,会重新累计到客户的补课次数中,但该次数不能退款或转为Credit。
  1. 不可抗力
  • 因不可抗力导致课程取消,非补课的课程费用可选择以下两种方式:
    • 全额退款
    • 转为Credit,用于后续服务费用抵扣


 

隐私条款

  1. 隐私保护声明

CCNS非常重视对您的个人隐私保护。在某些情况下,CCNS可能需要收集您的相关信息以便提供服务。本隐私条款将解释数据收集和使用的具体情况。

  1. 适用范围

本条款适用于CCNS的所有相关服务。随着服务范围的扩大,隐私条款内容可能随时更新,最新版本将在服务系统内发布并立即生效。

  1. 信息收集

注册过程中,CCNS可能会收集以下个人信息(包括但不限于):

  • 姓名
  • 性别
  • 出生日期
  • 联系电话
  • 联系邮箱
  • 健康状况(如:medical condition)

如因填写信息错误或不完整导致的后果,CCNS不承担责任。

  1. 活动期间信息使用

CCNS可能在以下情况下记录并展示学员成就:

  • 陆地或游泳练习
  • 比赛或相关活动
  1. 信息展示范围

CCNS可能在以下平台或媒介中使用学员照片、姓名或相关信息:

  • 社交媒体平台(如Facebook、Instagram、WeChat等)
  • 报纸、新闻通讯或传单文章
  • CCNS内部通讯记录
  1. 信息安全保护

CCNS承诺采取严格措施保护您的信息安全,防止未经授权的访问、使用或泄漏。

  1. 信息披露情况

CCNS仅在以下情况下披露您的个人信息:

  • 法律或法规要求
  • 保护CCNS权益
  • 在紧急情况下保护员工、学员或公众安全


 

条款更新
以上条款自2025年3月21日起生效,取代之前版本。该条款有中文版与英文版,如果中文版与英文版内容有冲突,以中文版本为准。如有未尽事宜,CCNS保留最终解释权。

 

Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all registered participants and activity attendees of the Canterbury Chinese Swimming Training Classes (CCNS). Swimming and related activities carry inherent risks, so participants are advised to make informed decisions.

  • Participants must adhere to CCNS learning requirements and complete the exercises outlined in the training program. Due to individual differences, CCNS does not guarantee that participants will learn to swim.
  • Participants must ensure they are in good health and free from medical conditions unsuitable for swimming. If necessary, participants should provide a recent health check report, including but not limited to skin, heart, blood pressure, and mental health examinations. Those deemed unfit to swim by a doctor cannot register. Common disqualifying conditions include:
    • Skin diseases
    • Heart disease
    • Hypertension
    • Mental disorders
    • Epilepsy
    • Conjunctivitis
    • Sudden illnesses or pregnancy
  • Participants must obtain the consent of the coach or on-site personnel before entering or leaving the pool and strictly follow their instructions. Any discomfort must be promptly reported, and participants should call for help loudly when necessary.
  • Concealment of health issues is prohibited. Participants bear responsibility for accidents resulting from undisclosed health problems.
  • Accidents or discomfort caused by the participant’s health conditions (e.g., illness, injury, infection) during training are their responsibility. Outside class hours, the safety of participants and minors is the responsibility of their guardians.
  • Swimming lessons may involve necessary and appropriate physical contact. If participants or their guardians have concerns, please notify the coordinator in advance.
  • All activity participants are considered fully capable of civil conduct. CCNS, coaches, organizers, and sponsors are not liable for damages unless directly attributable to the coach.
  • Guardians of minors must accept risks and responsibilities during the activity. Proxy registrants must ensure the registered individual is informed of and agrees to these terms.
  • Participants assume the risks associated with swimming activities.

 

 

User Agreement

  1. Teacher Assignments CCNS will assign teachers for group or private lessons based on participants’ needs. In cases of force majeure or operational adjustments, CCNS will arrange alternative teachers to minimize the impact on participants.
  2. Registration and Payment Upon registration confirmation, a bill will be issued. Fees are charged based on the total number of sessions in a learning period (semester or holiday). Fees must be paid before the course starts or before the bill’s due date. Registrations with overdue payments will be considered invalid, and CCNS reserves the right to cancel them.
  3. Specified Teacher Services For private lessons, participants who request a specific teacher must pay an additional fee of $12 NZD per hour (subject to cost adjustments). This fee is non-refundable.
    • If a specified teacher cannot be arranged due to force majeure, participants can choose one of the following options:
      • Substitute teacher or reschedule
      • Retain the full amount as credit for future use
  4. Classroom Discipline To ensure order and safety, CCNS implements a three-warning system:
    • First warning: Verbal reminder
    • Second warning: Leave the pool for 5 minutes
    • Third warning: Dismissal from the day’s class; related fees will not be retained or refunded
  5. Additional Costs Entry fees for swimming facilities, personal training equipment, and competition fees are borne by participants. CCNS course fees do not include these costs.
  6. Class Timings Participants must arrive 5 minutes early and leave within 10 minutes after class. Any accidents during extended stays are the responsibility of participants or their guardians.

 

 

Leave and Refund Policy

  1. Private Lessons (One-on-One or One-on-Two)
    • Participants must notify CCNS customer service via SMS, email, or WeChat at least 12 hours in advance for leave requests. Missed lessons can be rescheduled.
    • Lessons not notified in advance cannot be refunded or credited but may be exchanged for a group lesson.
    • Private lessons that cannot be rescheduled for personal reasons can be credited after deducting a handling fee of $36 NZD/hour (pro-rated for other durations). Credits are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations:
      • More than two weeks before the course starts: Full refund
      • Within two weeks before the course starts: Two weeks of fees will be charged
      • After the course starts: Four weeks of fees will be charged, and the remaining will be refunded
  2. Group Lessons (Three or More Participants)
    • Leave requests must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Missed lessons without prior notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
    • Cancellations:
      • More than two weeks before the course starts: Full refund
      • Within two weeks before the course starts: Two weeks of fees will be charged
      • After the course starts: No refunds or credits
    • For advanced courses, second-class specials cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
  3. Holiday Courses
    • Confirmed private or group holiday courses cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited.
    • If eligible, lessons can be transferred to another individual.
  4. Head Coach Lessons
    • Makeup lessons for head coach services will only be arranged within the limits of time and venue availability.
    • Head coach lessons cannot be refunded or credited.
  5. Makeup Lesson Rules
    • Validity:
      • Makeup lessons for private and group sessions are valid for 12 months and must be scheduled within seven days of the desired date. Unscheduled lessons within this period will be forfeited.
    • Usage:
      • Missed lessons can only be rescheduled within the semester of regular enrollment.
      • Unfinished makeup lessons at the semester’s end can be used during holidays, limited to the number of weekly classes previously enrolled in.
      • Makeup lessons canceled due to venue or teacher issues will be credited back but are non-refundable or transferable.
  6. Force Majeure
    • For cancellations due to force majeure, non-makeup lessons’ fees can be:
      • Fully refunded
      • Converted to credits for future use

 

 

Privacy Policy

  1. Privacy Protection Statement CCNS is committed to protecting your personal information. In some cases, CCNS may need to collect your information to provide services. This policy explains the specifics of data collection and use.
  2. Scope of Application This policy applies to all CCNS-related services. With the expansion of services, the privacy policy may be updated. The latest version will be published in the service system and take immediate effect.
  3. Information Collection During registration, CCNS may collect personal information, including but not limited to:
    • Name
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Contact Number
    • Email Address
    • Health Information (e.g., medical conditions)
    • CCNS is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
  4. Use of Information During Activities CCNS may record and display participants’ achievements during:
    • Land or swimming practice
    • Competitions or related activities
  5. Scope of Information Display CCNS may use participant photos, names, or related information on:
    • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WeChat)
    • Newspapers, newsletters, or flyers
    • Internal CCNS communications
  6. Information Security Protection CCNS commits to taking strict measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  7. Information Disclosure CCNS will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
    • Required by law or regulation
    • To protect CCNS’ interests
    • In emergencies to ensure the safety of staff, participants, or the public


 

Updates to Terms

These terms are effective from March 21, 2025, replacing previous versions. These terms are available in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. For matters not covered herein, CCNS reserves the right of final interpretation.
